Our physiotherapists have a very high level of post-graduate training and take pride in our profession. We have many treatment techniques to draw upon in order to find the approach that best suits you. We often involve your family or referring provider if appropriate.

Heather graduated in 2009 from the University of Alberta with a Masters of Science in Physical Therapy, in addition to a BSc in Kinesiology. She is certified to perform Functional Dry Needling/IMS and has been an instructor for EIM Functional Dry Needling for over 5 years, during which time she developed a deeper understanding of dry needling application to all musculoskeletal conditions including headaches, TMJ dysfunction, and foot and hand conditions. Additionally, Heather has earned an Advanced Diploma of Manual and Manipulative Therapy in 2015 and is a Fellow of the Canadian Academy of Manipulative Physical Therapists (FCAMPT). Heather is also a former competitive climber and an avid sport climber. Heather’s passion for helping her clients meet their rehab goals is evident in the wide variety of conditions she treats. Although she has a special interest in headaches, hand injuries, and climbing injuries, her 15 years of experience has left her with extensive clinical experience in most musculoskeletal and neuromuscular conditions.

Anne graduated from the University of Alberta with a Masters of Science in Physiotherapy in 2010. She became a fellow of the Canadian Academy of Manipulative Therapy in 2014, and uses advanced manual techniques as well as client-specific exercises to enhance her treatments. Anne is a certified Gunn IMS practitioner and is trained in vestibular and concussion rehabilitation in order to treat vertigo, dizziness and balance problems.

Anne has worked in private practice since graduating and was the physiotherapist for Team Canada men’s and women’s sitting volleyball program from 2010-2017. She accompanied the program to Toronto2015 ParaPanAmerican Games and the Rio2016 Paralympics as well as many other international tournaments. Anne also worked as part of a multidisciplinary team in Early Childhood Services providing consultation and intervention to pre-school aged children with special needs.

Anne played 5 years of varsity volleyball during her post-secondary education and coached various club and high school volleyball teams. She has a deep understanding of the heartbreak of being sidelined by an injury and has a passion for rehabilitation. She has a strong interest in treating the spine, headaches and stubborn injuries that have previously been resistant to other types of therapy.

Dan graduated from the University of Alberta Masters in Physiotherapy program in 2010. In 2015 he successfully completed a Masters of Clinical Science in Manipulative Physiotherapy from the University of Western Ontario. The finishing of this program awarded him with the internationally recognized FCAMPT designation and armed him with countless evidence-based assessment and treatment techniques. Dan is a certified Gunn IMS practitioner and is trained in vestibular rehabilitation in order to treat vertigo, dizziness and balance problems.

Dan has worked in outpatient private practice clinics in Vancouver, Prince George and Calgary since graduating. Since moving to Penticton, he joined the Penticton Urgent and Primary Care Centre where he has enjoyed collaborating with other health care professionals as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Dan was part of the SFU rowing team while he was attaining his biology undergraduate degree. He continues to enjoy a very active lifestyle and loves applying his deep understanding of anatomy and physiology to his physiotherapy treatments.
